What fun is food without an unexpected flavor? On any given night you can catch me “cheating” in the kitchen with one of these:
1) Lipton’s Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
2) Bloody Mary mix (preferably Finest Call Extra Spicy)
3) Liquid Smoke
4) Stubbs BBQ Sauce (with diced onions, a lil bacon fat, and some extra brown sugar added)
5) Grillin Time marinades… not always used as a marinade… sometimes a pasta seasoner, or a chicken coating when mixed with a lil flour.
